- select the start of your range by mouse (A1)
- hold the SHIFT key and navigate to the last cell of your range (A5) by
keyboard
How to select non consecutive cells by keyboard you have to investigate
yourself, I simply don't know. ;)

Excuse me for being late in answering but I've been visiting the
beatiful city of Berlin this days.
I've tried to select the cells by keyboard, but I've found anything. I'm
going to write a feature's request.
