At the end of the SDK configuration, the script should create the links to the correct .so files in /opt/openoffice.org2.0_SDK/linux/lib/ (on linux). This should be enough for the Eclipse plugin. Your log files make me think that I might have forgot to include some useful infos in the logs (the path variables used to launch the tools).
