I am currently trying to build subversion with mingw. The first step to
compile subversion is to compile apr.

Therefore, I have written a patch (http://adrien.pre.free.fr/svn/patch_apr.diff)
to compile apr (revision SVN:293607) with mingw.

Unfortunarly, if I launch ./configure to generate automaticaly the makefile, I
get the folowing message :
./configure:Error:: decision on anonymous shared memory allocation method failed.

So I made my own makefile with dev-c++ to make apr compile (see http://adrien.pre.free.fr/svn/), but it would be better if someone could patch
the build conf process as long as I can't do it.
