You can look into
`org.apache.cassandra.cql3.validation.entities.SecondaryIndexTest` for some
examples. It is where you test should go.
Otherwise just generate a patch using: `git format-patch` and attach the
output to the JIRA ticket. I guess that the problem must be there since 3.0 so
the patch should be for this version.
