David Crossley commented on COCOON3-125: ---------------------------------------- I cannot help much at this time, other than to ensure awareness of previous efforts. I was involved with getting the original Catalog Entity Resolver into Cocoon-2.1 and you will find good docs and cocoon samples. Pretty sure that the Samples with Cocoon-2.2 also work. IIRC then there was some discussion in the early days of Cocoon3/Corona. All that i have time for is to give some pointers to search, e.g. the following with Google: site:gmane.org/gmane.text.xml.cocoon entity resolver carsten site:gmane.org/gmane.text.xml.cocoon entity resolver crossley > Missing support for Catalog Resolver > ------------------------------------ > > Key: COCOON3-125 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COCOON3-125 > Project: Cocoon 3 > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: cocoon-sax > Affects Versions: 3.0.0-beta-1 > Reporter: Mansour Al Akeel > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 3.0.0-beta-1 > > Attachments: CatalogResolver-support.diff > > > When we load xml document using org.apache.cocoon.sax.util.XMLUtils.toSax, > and the XML document has a link to a DTD, the parser fails if the DTD is not > in the specified location. To solve this issue, a CatalogManager.properties > can be used. The same thing if we are using document() function from an xslt > and loaded document has a DTD. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
