Resolution: Won't Fix
As the schema is maintained in DIT any command line utility like ldapmodify
should be enough to update the corresponding schema's entry to enable or
disable. (by modifying the m-disabled attribute value. A value of TRUE disables
the schema and FALSE enables it). Closing the issue
