That's going to be a bit of a problem because I don't know.

I got a job description for the job I'm going for on Wednesday and all it
says is: "Knowledge of documentation translation processes preferred".

I mean if I just know a process that might help rather than the tools that
are used.  I think that's what they're looking for in a nutshell.
