18.configuration_printer_load_on_demand.patch:

Previously when opening the "Configuration status" page, the servlet used to 
generate code for ALL the configuration printers and this caused the page to be 
loaded slow.

With this patch, the configuration data is loaded on demand, when the 
corresponding tab is selected. Now it simply makes an ajax call, and loads the 
data into the tab area.
