In short, you probably want to run the tests with the latest Felix 4.4.1, not 2.0.2. This fully passes the Core R5 CT, see here for the results of the tests that I ran for that release: http://people.apache.org/~davidb/felix_osgi_r5/ There are some extra steps required to run the security tests, I will dig those up too.
