This happens with both Jetty-4.2.21 and with Tomcat-4.1.31
All directories have been given proper read/write permissions.

The really strange thing is that most times the exception happens,
but occasionally it works.

Description:
The Forrestbot webapp interface enables the login okay.
However when trying to Build or Deploy a site, then
nothing happens, and an IOException is reported.
