[OT] Send xml email from html form data

Hi All,

 

Off topic sorry, but thought someone here might know the best approach.

 

I'm trying to create an xml output file from form data of an  html web page.

 

Is there a program out there to do this or what would be a sensible approach

In handing this? Perhaps an xslt stylesheet to convert a txt output document
but 

I was hoping there was a more direct route.
