Thanks to Anita's patch in 2067 (
http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12337565/configs.patch ), the
uddi configs can now be migrated.
I had to rework her patch to apply against the latest code in m2migration
branch. I also enabled the config in the assemblies.
