It would be very useful to be able to pass urls to the servicemix ant tasks
that install things, and for servicemix to go and fetch the file you've pointed
to at the point at which it's ready to do the installing.
The affected files are:
InstallComponentTask.java
InstallSharedLibraryTask.java
DeployServiceAssemblyTask.java
The change is nearly identical in all three.
