Branching 2.1.1

We've gotten through the initial TCK tests.  I am going to branch OEJB branches/v2_1 to 
branches/2.1.1 and remove the SNAPSHOT.  I will then build and update Geronimo.  One we have the 
final run I'll do a move to tags.  This is all being done at codehaus but I'm copying here as an FYI.
