I didn't figure there wasn't any harm in allowing the RTC system to be used for more than what is currently required by PMC mandate. I mean if someone really wants to have their work reviewed, more power to them.

We can change it back if you prefer.

I think the main problem is that you can not easily recategorize issues if they do not have the same workflow.
