I liked this feature. Specially use ful in Server Logs view which has multiple
portlets.
I think this feature sould be activated. I am not sure why we don't have it
already. May be there is some reason which I am not aware of.
Anyways I am supplying the patch which will activate window state "max min
[nor]" apart from portlet mode "help [view]" in the title bar.
I liked this, please review and commit (if decided to accept this)
