ISO-8859-1 characters are duplicated

When using the ISO-8859-1 encoding, some characters are duplicated by woodstox.
This is a confirmed bug in woodstox:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/WSTX-88
It has also been fixed and will be included in next woodstox release, which
should be included in smx.
Please be aware that there are other bugs in smx, which prevents ISO-8859-1 to
be used and jiras for that will be filed as well.
