These two patches:
.. Update naming-builder and hence j2ee-builder to use javaee 5 schema
.. Update EarConfigBuilder to handle 1.4 to 1.5 application transform and add a
testcase to SchamaConversionTest.
.. Update web-2.5-builder to use j2ee-builder instead of web-builder. The
connector-builder, axis-builder and webservices-builder still use j2ee 1.4
schema jar
.. Prune dependencies in webservices-builder
