The delivery mode enums are spelled incorrectly, i.e. they should be PERSISTENT
and NON_PERSISTENT, not PERSISTANT and NON_PERSISTANT.
You might consider adding the "-TENT" versions in addition to the "-TANT"
versions to avoid break backward compatibility.
