M2 Workarounds and Status

There were some changes made to JACC that requires us to release an  
M2 of JACC.  So, for Geronimo 2.0-M2 you'll need to build JACC  
locally as a -M2 by updating its pom.  I'll include that artifact in  
the M2 release.

I finally got a good build this morning (lots of failures at Codehaus  
over the past couple of days).  Once I verify Prasad's sample I'll  
create the M2 artifacts for a vote.
