ModuleConfigurers need to be registered with the DeploymentManager outside of a
Geronimo server.
The online deployer needs to be improved such that ModuleConfigurers can be
easily discovered and registered with the DeploymentManager. As suggested by
David J. the online deployer could start-up a Kernel and start a list of
modules to perform this registration.
