I think I have the axis1 based webservices support pretty much ported
over (sans a few details to be filled in later). I was just about to
check in and go to bed, but ... then I thought "hmmm" maybe better to
wait till the morning when I'm around to fix any potential mishaps
that may ensue.
So... if you can avoid making any changes to these sections till
tomorrow that'd be great:
