Clean/update scripts in bin directory and remove images directory

Per discussion on the dev list, most of the scripts remaining in the bin
directory either do not work or are no longer needed. Furthermore, the UI mock
ups in the images directory are not necessary. Consequently, the following has
been proposed...
- Remove all existing scripts from bin except for a deploy and undeploy script
and update these scripts to work with Daytrader 1.2/2.0 on Geronimo 1.2/2.0.
- Delete the images directory
