released geronimo-jta_1.1_spec-1.0.jar contents do not match source

AFAICT the released geronimo-jta_1.1_spec-1.0.jar does not contain  
the HeuristicCommitException class which however is in svn source.

What do we do about this? Release a 1.0.1 version?
I'd like to point out that I've been finding errors in at least one  
other released spec jar and encourage everyone to be a lot more  
careful about calling for votes on spec jars when the testing process  
for them is incmplete.
