rev 516141 makes lifecycle methods work. Verified on app client. Big change
in structure of Holder class, since it turns out we have to traverse the entire
class hierarchy to find all the postConstruct and preDeploy methods do call.
Only part left I know about is listener lifecycle methods in jetty.
