More Test Cases to Axis2 JAXWS Integration

Hi,

I have added more test scenarios to the Axis2 JAXWS integration using 
GERONIMO-2952. Somebody please review it. I am hoping to kill the beast 
using it when it comes to WSDL existing scenario. ;-)
