Upgrade Daytrader to use the Genesis 1.2-SNAPSHOT artifacts to match the
upgrade just made to server trunk.
Use tools-maven-plugin from Genesis to copy the License and Notice files into
the built artifacts, but don't fail the build on verifying they got copied for
now.
Use the new maven-enforcer-plugin to validate the Java and Maven versions, like
we are doing in the server build.
