Patch includes testcases for these AnnotationHelper classes:

-- PersistenceContextAnnotationHelper
-- PersistenceUnitAnnotationHelper
-- ResourceAnnotationHelper
-- WebServiceRefAnnotationHelper
Additionally, includes a fix for GERONIMO-3058 plus new support for
<service-ref> translations from the @Resource annotation. Finally, I've done a
full build to ensure I haven't broken anything.
