ports 6882 & 2001 never change with portOffset

During the Multiple server instances test followed
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GMOxDOC20/Multiple+Repositories, I
am seeing both ports NEVER changed with portOffset:
Both ports 6882 & 2001 in the config-substitutions.properties file NEVER
change.
When I change the portOffset from 0 to 10, all other ports are changed
accordingly except the two ports, and they still shown as 6882 ,2001.
Even Manually change it from 6882 to 6885, 6882 still shown on the console
when server started. The same to 2001.
Thus, it results in ports conflict when Multiple server started at the same
time.
So, Maybe both ports is written and fixed in the geronimo code, and they
should be referenced in variable format.
