The axis1 deployer has been included in the offline config
<module name="org.apache.geronimo.configs/axis-deployer/${version}/car"/>
The offline deploy works fine with jax-rpc web service mentioned by Lin and
DayTrader 1.2.
But your question reminded me to have a careful check and found the
jasper-deployer and myfaces-deployer were missing. The JSF application can be
deployed successfully without these two deployer, but get exections when run.
Submit a new patch GERONIMO-3213-1.patch to add these two deployers.
