I've moved the ws-metadata 1.1.1 release into the ibiblio rsync
directory on people (http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-
repository/org/apache/geronimo/specs/geronimo-ws-metadata_2.0_spec/
1.1.1/). Once the rsync runs, ws-metadata will be released to the wild.
