The J2G conversion tool is implemented as a bunch of plugins for eclipse. Only
3 of these plugins are actually launched using eclipse and the rest are
instantiated by one of those 3. The number of plugins can be reduced by
consolidating the unnecessary plugins into one of the three that actually are
launched.
