I dont know about including the drivers (except for Windows) since the Unix libs would clash. But yes, I think we should have a wiki entry similar to Tomcat's found here: http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/apr.html We could also pre-build a few of the more popular ones so people could just download them (ie.
