This patch provides some basic eclipse UI functionality as an extension of the
Navigation view right click menu in an existing project to run the three
individual components of the j2g migration tool, displaying all output within
the eclipse Console screen.
The properties files accessed by the plugins are also moved to
<eclipsedir>/plugins/<pluginname>/file.properties for a more logical and
centralized location, while still allowing end user additions to the
replacement class and annotation associations.
