EntityManagerRegistryImpl gets its entityManagerRegistry from the OpenEjbSystem
GBean. It needs to start afterwards. A dependency should be added in the plan
to insure that this is case, otherwise it will be random, and if they start out
of order, an NPE results from EntityManager.persist() calls.
