I just updated README.txt on both trunk and branches/2.0
I also put a copy on the wiki for review

Based on the "Proposed Branch and Release Schedule for Geronimo 2.0" I used
August 7 for the released date.

Otherwise, I'll work on it after I finish license/notice stuff.
