Given the state of discussions on legal-discuss regarding CDDL licensed xsd and dtd files, I don't think we can conclude this vote at the expected time. Until we have more clarification, I would veto this release on legal grounds.

As I've stated on another thread, I think our schema release is ok. It's not based on CDDL-licensed materials and is properly documented.

Here's my +1. Other than David Jencks, who has also withdrawn his concerns, I haven't heard any other objections. I think the vote can proceed...
