Heya, after a gentle prod from Hernan, I've updated the guild to
build the server. Please review the document and provide any feed

Its mostly the same as before though I've dropped some bits which
were IMO just adding complexity to what should be a simple and
straight forward document... those notes to windows users are bad
enough.
I'd like to leave this doc, nice, clean and simple. And if we really
want to add more meat that is not intended for the average user, then
I'd like to put those on a "Building Apache Geronimo for Advanced
Users" page, and link that page from "Building Apache Geronimo".
Other stuff I've changed...
* Added list of source trees that this doc is for
* Added more detail to prerequisites
* Updated some details on the assembly testing
* Re-wrote the bits related to IDE fluff
Anyways, please review and comment.
