[VOTE] Release J2G 1.0.0 RC1

The J2G 1.0.0 RC1 build is ready for a vote, now that the maven-plugins-1.0 dependencies have been released (should appear on the mirror repos in the next 24 hours.)

A 72 hour vote is being called for the following:
