Actually I would advocate against tag moving since that can lead
to much miscommunication.  Removal of the RM tags after the release
seems like a fine idea to me though.  I'll remove my tags for
previous releases pronto.

I'd like to keep these until 2.0.44 is released:

 - STRIKER_2_0_44_PRE1, STRIKER_2_0_44_PRE2, STRIKER_2_0_44_PRE3

These can be removed IMO:
 - WROWE_2_0_43_PRE2
 - JRE1
 - JCW_PRE1_2038, JCW_PRE2_2038, JCW_PRE3_2038, JCW_PRE1_2039, JCW_PRE2_2039
 - IANH_PRE1_2040, IANH_PRE2_2040

These I'm not 100% sure about:
  - PRE_APR_CHANGES
  - POST_APR_SPLIT
  - moving_to_httpd_module
  - AGB_BEFORE_AAA_CHANGES
