Hi,
There is a no_cache field in the request rec. It only seems to be set by mod_negotiation. Given the big chunk of comments at mod_negotiation.c:2920 I'm not sure if we actually need this field, or if we can reach the same result in another fashion (without some dodgy flag).
Thoughts?
