I will soon merge https://github.com/apache/jclouds/pull/176 which is the last blocker for 2.6.0. I will also try to address https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-1606 and https://github.com/apache/jclouds/pull/165 but these are optional. I plan to start the release in early July so please test the snapshots. Again this is most likely the last release before we retire jclouds to the attic.
