Actually, from a developer's view, i18n would be a topic/project on its
own, as I have nothing to do with translation or localization except
i18npool's locale data I maintain as part of i18n. On the other hand
i18n sometimes is quite interwoven with l10n aspects, hence it was made
part of the l10n project. It also turned out good to have one mailing
list where NL leads and developers are subscribed to.

To answer your question: no l10n co-lead for i18n :-)
