Mark folder read would be a wonderful function i'm missing in the
current versions and also on development road.
Why that? Right now i'm experiencing some problems with use on cyrus
imapd, folders or mails which are marked read in eg thunderbird loose
their read flag when opening the mailbox with roundcube while
squirrelmail is showing these folders/mails as read.
