    Adds "failOnWarning" tests

Support for "failOnWarning" was added in the 3.6.0 release. This is mostly
unit and integration testing for the flag that I still had lying around. Would
be a shame to go to waste.

commit 53fbc2d381afe2888325f3beac697a5cf4da693c
Author: Henning Schmiedehausen <henning.schmiedehau...@zuora.com>
Date: 2017-07-06T21:43:39Z

    Adds new "failOnWarning" configuration setting.

This allows using a flag to turn compilation failure based on warnings on
or off without
having to modify the compiler arguments. Uses boolean property exposed by
newer plexus compiler API.
