This video is about a year old and was intended as a demonstration of some of the UI ideas one could implement with Clutter. This isn't actually a video of the Clutter based Netbook UI that we are working on.
We will release a beta version of that once we are comfortable with the stability of the code and the maturity of the design. And since I know that many of you will ask... no, I don't have a firm date yet.
