Yes, according to JavaScript documentation parseInt (if radix is omited) treats 
zero padded values as octal. So (IMHO) all calls to parseInt should be replaced 
with parseInt(value, 10). The new popcalendar.js attached. It fixes my problem. 
IMHO it also will fix MYFACES-73.
