If we're going to do a general release based on the current svn, I've
already run into one blocker issue that I'm still trying to track
down.

1.1.0 (just tested it) and before (Aug 16 snapshot for sure) both had
working inputCalendar renderAsPopup="true"behavior.

However, the Sep 18th nightly and current svn have broken behavior (no
js popup when you click the button).   I'm trying to figure out how
and where it broke between 1.1.0 and Sept 18th.
