Externalize the arrow values used by the 
org.apache.myfaces.custom.sortheader.HtmlSortHeaderRenderer are hardcoded to 
"&#x2191;" & "&#x2193;". It would be nice if you could customize the value used 
there. Alternately allowing the use of images as well as characters.
