The code generator is currently not working, and needs to be urgently put back into the build process. It was lost in the reorganization. I was going to attempt to resurrect it, but ran into a major time constraint problem in my real job :) You're welcome to take a shot at it, but you'd have to get the code from the prior-to-reorg SVN.
